Let’s take a closer look at the top  3 critical areas of your life!

Business and career:

You’ve expressed some dissatisfaction with your present level in your professional life. All of us have felt unhappy at one point or another in our career, sinking feeling that pops up each morning as we dread going into the office. It is a common feeling that happens to every living soul but, life is too short to be miserable at work.

Dissatisfaction makes us less productive, less healthy, and miserable in general. So if you are unhappy at work, why aren’t you doing anything about it? You can shift your career to something more meaningful and we’d like to help you identify the most powerful step to take today to begin revising your career to something that will make you feel more successful, and experience more joy in that process.

Finance and wealth:

Financial challenges happen to everyone at some point, and the stress and anxiety can get to you. Sometimes you feel handicapped when it comes to managing your money.  You may be very successful in other areas of your life but you often have little time left over your personal finances. Taking control of your finance requires determination, discipline, desire and a good bit of flexibility and there will be setbacks!  But here’s the good news for you. It is POSSIBLE!

The first step to regain control of your finance is to identify the underlying issue that’s causing the financial difficulties. Health and fitness:

You may be too busy trying to balance work, family and other responsibilities. As a result, your health goals are often put on hold. Social and friends:

A true friend holds up a mirror in which we see ourselves. If you are unhappy with this area of your life, it means that you are unhappy with yourself! if you don’t  like what you see in your circle of friends when you look at them from a detached eye, you’redefinitely struggling!

 

Your social life is an important part of your overall life plan. It is so important, in fact, that it’s been proven that developing close friendship can extend life expectancy. Amazing isn’t it!! Friendship ignites the part of the brain that makes us feel good.

Remember, we are the reflections of our five closest friends in many ways! It is time to audit the people around you. Make sure that you’re spending time with people who are in line with your values and what you want for your own life. So take a look around and make sure you’re in the right surroundings.

Family:

There are many people you can choose in your life and get rid of if needed. You can pick your friends, your employees or even your boss and if there is a problem with them, then they can leave you or you may choose to leave. But, you can’t pick your family. A strong family is all that you need to fight all odds in life. Sometimes, your family can have attributes that you don’t like, and it can be difficult to deal with them. The perfect family tale isn’t a reality, it’s not even close. Every family has struggles. Sometimes they are big and sometimes they are small, but they are never without them.

If you’re dealing with a negative family member, it can be hard to reach them. We’d like to help you gain the power to take the negativity of family dynamics out and turn it into happiness and reshape the relationships you have later in life.

Love:

Whether you’ve been dating or have been married, relationships are created from commitment and are continued due to mutual respect and effort. Relationships aren’t always love hearts and butterflies. It has its ups and downs. Even great relationships can become complacent or stagnant if you don’t put in the work, so putting some effort into finding ways to improve your relationship can be so important for making it in the long haul. Good news is, a better love life is within reach for anyone and we’d be happy to guide you get better with your relationship.

 

Recreation and fun:

Just because you’re adults, that doesn’t mean you have to make life all about work. Taking part in leisure and recreation activities can make it easy for you to manage stress thus reducing depression. Leisure gives you the opportunity to find the right balance in life while also controlling how you get to spend your time.

 

Contribution:

You may think that you have nothing to give back! Well, that is so NOT TRUE! We all have a responsibility to help others and improve the state of the community and world that we live in. Affecting change doesn’t take much. You don’t have to be rich, powerful or influential. Every living soul can help to make this world a better place, for instance by paying it forward. By just picking up your own life and being a productive member of the society, you will be contributing to your community in a positive way.

 

Personal growth:

Maintaining a wheel of life balance requires some time is spent on developing your personal growth. Personal development begins with self awareness. You get to know who you really are, your values, and purpose you wish to pursue. Making that commitment to personal development is the first step on the path to personal fulfllment.  It is a lifelong process.

If you are reading this Wheel of Life result, it already means that you have taken the first step towards personal growth.  If you are new to personal development and you want to start to develop your personality and character, you might not know where to start. It can be difficult to choose where to start because you have so many options from online courses, books, fitness, to meditation.

Learn how to set yourself effective personal goals and find the motivation you need to achieve them with the help of our coaches. Start small! It is better that you start with something then nothing.

 

Spiritual:

Spirituality has to do with having a sense of peace and purpose in life. You’ve rated your spiritual state as LOW which means a wave of emptiness may have consumed you.  Often this is covered with material goods, which may help at the time, but does not last very long. In order to attain fulfilment and happiness it is important to embrace your spiritual power. Spirituality connects you with a dimension of life that is greater than yourself.  Setting aside “me time” for meditation is a great way to establish a strong spiritual practice. The mind, body and spirit are all connected so what nourishes your body nourishes your soul.

 

Self image:

Your self-image is your concept of yourself. For you to rate yourself this low, it’s pretty obvious that you lack of self respect and confidence. When your perceive yourself negatively, whether you label yourself incompetent, unlovable, shy, etc., it becomes more and more difficult to believe that others could possibly see you in a positive light. People with low self-image and constantly judge themselves to be inferior to others are not  fulfilling their true potential in life.

Self-image is a state of mind, and it can be changed. You can only improve your self-image if you’re first willing to challenge the negative feelings and judgments you have toward yourself. The critical inner voices that hurtfully judges your thoughts and actions need to be put away. When you recognize the critical inner voice as source of your self-enemy, you can begin to defy this inner critic and see yourself for who you really are. Confront the dark parts of yourself and start feeling better about yourself!

Looking at what your Wheel of Life looks like is not sufficient. You need to question “WHY”  in order to help you focus where you need to be spending your time and effort moving forward.
